Prenatal Bonding

What is prenatal bonding?
Prenatal bonding lets mothers develop an intense bond to their fetus.
It helps with mothers anxieties, reduces c-sections, reduces the risk of postnatal depression, early child birth. Baby’s cry less and are already aware of themselves.

How does it work?

Prenatal Bonding starts at the 15th week of pregnancy or earlier. The coach and the mother meet once a week up until the 36th week. After that the “arrival” time starts and 9 – 10 meetings are scheduled every 2-3 days. In the meetings the mothers history are discussed. Later on the mother is lead with breathwork into a relaxing state
